This benefit is to provide insured's with indemnity to defence costs which would naturally be incurred by them and excluded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Policy. The limit of liability offered as part of this extension shall not exceed a maximum of $50,000 in defence costs and expenses incurred for any one claim, sub-limited to $150,000 during the policy period.
